lovely staff amazing spa out of this world food hot room breakfast quality missing thermostat
staff was lovely and the food was out of this world. this hotel booked by our daughter, it was my first time to visit donegal. the spa was amazing, so relaxing.
the room was very hot at night, i saw no obvious thermostat. there was no fan to use, so it was a bit uncomfortable. breakfast was less than excellent, and tasted hard.

charming stay!
helpful staff amazing food handy fan
I was charmed by the helpful staff. They were always ready to assist. the food was AMAZING!!! it was divine every single time. the room was also very comfortable and spacious and had a super handy fan. it also included a fridge, useful.
the pillows were too flat for my liking, and this affected my quality of sleep. i hope they replace them soon. better pillows would make a big difference.

the family room included a large bed, a seating area, and a tv with many channels. there was a big window that offered a great view. the blackout curtains were effective and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable sleep temperature.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both hot and cold options. There was fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and cooked breakfast items available. the restaurant offered a children's menu, and the staff were accommodating with dietary restrictions and allergies. the coffee was also very good.

the swimming pool looked very clean, and the gym had modern equipment. i saw three treadmills, two stationary bikes and several weight machines. free wi-fi was available throughout the hotel, and the connection was reliable, great.

decent stay
fresh breakfast comfy beds cold pool busy road
the breakfast was really good. everything tasted fresh and was well-prepared. the staff at breakfast greeted me warmly each morning. the rooms were spacious and very clean. the beds were super comfy,.
i found the pool and hot tub a bit cold. it made it difficult to fully enjoy them. the steam room also wasn't quite hot enough. the location of the hotel is close to a busy road and i could hear a lot of noise.
